As a Clinically-trained Mental Health Professional, I have taken a hybrid approach to mental health wellness by combining my Bachelor of Art degree in Sociology and completing the Master's program in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (both at John Carroll University), by creating alternative ways to arrive at healing the whole person (specifically mental health). Through coaching techniques, psychoeducation, and providing coping skills and strategies as tools, we hope to offer a new perspective on life and add support for those who are seeking.

We do not receive payments from health insurance companies. As a result, there are no restrictions on the coaching services that we can provide. We are able to spend more time and creativity crafting a personalized treatment plan that works best for you.

No Insurance? No problem! We know that many do not have insurance at this time. For this reason, we offer an affordable self pay option.

Individual Session: $100 per hour ($1 per minute every minute after the hour up to 45 minutes)

Couples Session: $150 (90 min)

Family Healing Session 3 or more members $190.00 (90 min)

Group Facilitation/Retreat/workshop $250(up to 3hrs.)-small group (1-10 participants)

Consultation: Free (30 minutes)

Cancellation Fee $25 (24 hours notice) will be included on invoice
